End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, TradingPal grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your personal iOS device
• Use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access features and content available through your subscription

2. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose
• Use the App in violation of any applicable laws
• Transfer the App to any third party
• Extract source code or attempt to discover underlying algorithms

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

TradingPal and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the App, including:

• All software code and architecture
• Design, graphics, and user interface
• Content, text, and educational materials
• AI models and algorithms
• Trademarks, logos, and brand assets
• Patents, copyrights, and trade secrets

This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the App.

4. Apple App Store Terms

If you download the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• This Agreement is between you and TradingPal, not Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
• Apple is not responsible for any product liability claims
• Apple is not responsible for any intellectual property infringement claims
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement
• You must comply with Apple's App Store Terms of Service

In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.

5. Updates and Maintenance

TradingPal may provide updates, patches, bug fixes, or other modifications to the App. You agree to install all updates promptly. Some updates may be required for continued use of the App.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRADINGPAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
