• Market data integration

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years old to use TradingPal
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You may not share your account credentials

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse or misuse the service

4. Subscription and Payments

Subscription Plans

TradingPal offers various subscription tiers with different features. Pricing is subject to change with notice.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled 24 hours before period ends
• Refunds are handled per Apple's policies
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (journal entries, notes, etc.). By using our service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content to provide our services.

You are responsible for the content you create and must not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive material.

TradingPal and its content, features, and functionality are owned by TradingPal and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
